Agreeing to these terms
When you visit Opproxy, open an account, ask to top up, buy traffic or use your proxy credentials, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Opproxy.
What the service is
Opproxy sells residential proxy traffic and gives you the tools to use it: a traffic balance, your account pages, proxy credentials, connection settings and ready-made proxy lines. Whether a connection works at a given moment can depend on the proxy network being available, the state of your account, your remaining traffic, the location you picked, and any review we are carrying out.
Your account and credentials
Keep your account password, sign-in tokens, proxy username and proxy password safe. Do not resell, publish, share or expose your credentials unless Opproxy has agreed to it.
You are responsible for everything done through your account or with your proxy credentials.
What you may not do
Use Opproxy only for lawful purposes, and never in a way that harms people, networks, websites, our providers or the service itself. In particular, do not use it for:
- spam, phishing, credential attacks, malware, botnets, or getting into systems without permission;
- fraud, payment abuse, taking over other people’s accounts, scraping that breaks the law or other people’s rights, or getting around security controls;
- harassment, illegal content, abuse of intellectual property, or anything that disrupts a network;
- anything else that breaks the law, our providers’ rules, or website terms that can be enforced against you.
Traffic, payments and refunds
Your traffic balance is shown in your account.
Traffic bought with Binance Pay is added once the exact payment has been confirmed. If a payment is unclear, or the same payment seems to be claimed twice, an operator checks it before any traffic is added.
Prices, the way traffic is counted, and our own costs can change.
Completed purchases and used traffic are not refunded, unless a separate written agreement with Opproxysays otherwise.
Availability
Opproxy is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be up. The locations on offer (countries, regions, cities and internet providers), the protocols (HTTP and SOCKS5), sticky sessions and port behaviour can change because of provider availability, maintenance, abuse controls or network conditions.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may limit, suspend or close an account if we believe it breaks these terms, puts others at risk, abuses our providers’ networks, has payment problems, or exposes Opproxy to legal or security trouble. To protect the service we may also remove or change proxy credentials.
Disclaimers and liability
As far as the law allows, Opproxy gives no implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits.
If you are unhappy with the service, your only remedy is to stop using it, unless a separate written agreement gives you another.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change when the product, our providers, the law or the way we work changes. If you keep using Opproxy after a change, you accept the new terms.
