What is a residential proxy?

A residential proxy routes requests through IP addresses that internet service providers assign to real households. Websites receive what looks like ordinary residential traffic from the location you choose, which means far fewer blocks, CAPTCHAs and rate limits than with datacenter IPs.

Opproxy gives you usage-based access to this network: purchase bandwidth once, then allocate it to high-volume rotating requests or long-running sessions as your workload requires.

Frequently asked questions

What is a residential proxy?

A residential proxy routes your requests through an IP address that an internet service provider has assigned to a real household. Target websites see ordinary residential traffic from the location you select rather than traffic from a data centre.

Should I use residential or datacenter proxies?

Datacenter proxies are fast and inexpensive but are easily identified and frequently blocked. Residential proxies carry the reputation of genuine home connections, so they are far less likely to be blocked or challenged. They are the better choice for social platforms, marketplaces, search engines and other sites with strict anti-bot measures.

What is the difference between rotating and sticky sessions?

Rotating sessions assign a new IP to every request, which suits large-scale data collection. Sticky sessions keep the same IP for a period you define, up to 24 hours, which suits account logins and any workflow that should appear as a single visitor.

Which software is supported?

Any software that supports proxy configuration, including browsers, anti-detect browsers, automation tools, scrapers and custom scripts. Connections use HTTP and SOCKS5 with standard host, port and credential authentication, in the endpoint format your software expects.

Can I change the target location after purchase?

Yes. Location and session settings can be changed at any time from your dashboard; your bandwidth balance is unaffected.

Are residential proxies legal to use?

Proxies are a widely used and legitimate technology. Responsibility lies with how they are used: spam, fraud, unauthorised access and any other unlawful activity are prohibited under our terms of service.

How is usage billed?

Billing is based on bandwidth: the data your requests send and receive through the proxy, measured in gigabytes. Each request is counted at a minimum of 512 bytes. Your remaining balance is always visible in your dashboard.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Binance Pay (USDT) and recharge codes. At checkout you receive an exact amount to send; once that payment is detected, the bandwidth is credited to your account automatically.

What happens if my payment is not detected automatically?

You will have five minutes to submit your Binance transaction ID or a payment screenshot. Our team will verify it and credit your account.

Do you offer refunds?

Purchased and consumed bandwidth is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend starting with 1 GB to evaluate the service.
