What we collect

We keep only what we need to run your account, your traffic balance and your proxy access.

  • Your account: your name, email address, password, and the sign-in tokens that keep you signed in.
  • Your purchases: how many GB you chose, the exact USDT amount, Binance transaction IDs, the state of each payment, and any notes from support about it. We never ask for your Binance password and do not collect it.
  • Your proxy access: the proxy username and password created for you, your traffic balance, and the settings you save.
  • Your connection choices: the country, state, city or internet provider you pick, the protocol, and your session settings.
  • Security and usage records: your IP address, browser and user-agent details, the timezone your browser reports, when requests were made, whether sign-ins succeeded, errors from our service, and records we keep to stop abuse.
  • Site analytics: Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: page changes, clicks, scrolling, layout, loading speed and browser errors. We tell it to mask the sign-in and sign-up forms, every page you see after signing in, proxy credentials, payments, recharge codes and the operator console, so that content is not recorded.

How we use it

To sign you in, set up and top up your traffic, show your balance, give you your proxy credentials, check payments, prevent fraud, look into abuse, answer support requests, watch that the service is working, and make Opproxy better.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information.

Some companies help us run Opproxy: hosting and infrastructure, sign-in protection, analytics, payment checks, the network that carries your proxy traffic, and support tools. They receive information only when they need it to do that work.

Microsoft Clarity measures page use, interactions, speed and browser errors across the site, with the masking described above. Cloudflare Turnstile looks at browser and network signals to tell real form submissions apart from automated abuse, and Cloudflare may also provide permitted web analytics.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to enforce our terms of service, to investigate abuse, or to protect our users and the service.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

Each sign-up and sign-in leaves a security record: the IP address, user agent, the timezone your browser reported if any, which form was used, and whether it worked. These records are deleted after 90 days.

Everything else about your account, payments and proxy access is kept as long as we need it to run your account, keep its history, settle disputes, detect abuse, meet legal duties and keep the service secure.

We protect this information with technical and organisational safeguards suited to a proxy service, but no online service can promise complete security.

Your choices

Sign in to see your account details and payment history.

To change your details, delete your account or ask for help, contact us through Contact support (opens in a new tab). We may keep some records after that when we need them for security, fraud prevention, legal duties or payment history.

Children

Opproxy is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, tell us through Contact support (opens in a new tab) and we will look into it.
