Billing and payments
How is usage billed?
Billing is based on bandwidth: the data your requests send and receive through the proxy, measured in gigabytes. Each request is counted at a minimum of 512 bytes. Your remaining balance is always visible in your dashboard.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Binance Pay (USDT) and recharge codes. At checkout you receive an exact amount to send; once that payment is detected, the bandwidth is credited to your account automatically.
What happens if my payment is not detected automatically?
You will have five minutes to submit your Binance transaction ID or a payment screenshot. Our team will verify it and credit your account.
Do you offer refunds?
Purchased and consumed bandwidth is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend starting with 1 GB to evaluate the service.
